Author Guidelines
Authors interested in submitting their manuscripts to Global Society and Knowledge Review are advised to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and timely review and publication process:
General Requirements
- Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- The submission must align with the journal’s scope and contribute meaningfully to academic discourse and/or community engagement.
- Articles can be written in English, using clear and academic language.
Manuscript Format
- Length: 4,000–8,000 words, including references, tables, and appendices.
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing, justified text, A4 paper size with 2.5 cm margins.
Structure: Recommended structure includes:
- Title
- Abstract (150–250 words in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
- Keywords (3–6)
- Introduction
- Literature Review (if applicable)
- Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion and Recommendations
- References
Citation and Referencing
- Use APA Style 7th edition for in-text citations and reference lists.
- All sources must be cited properly to avoid plagiarism.
Figures and Tables
- Number tables and figures consecutively and provide descriptive captions.
- Tables and figures must be embedded in the text and referenced appropriately.
Submission Procedure
- Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal’s official submission system or email (as stated on the journal’s website).
- Authors must include a cover letter and a short bio (50–100 words) for each contributor.
Review and Revision
- All manuscripts will undergo double-blind peer review.
- Authors are expected to respond to reviewer feedback within the specified revision period.
Ethical Statement
- Authors must declare that their work is free from plagiarism and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- For research involving human subjects, an ethics approval or informed consent must be mentioned.
