Plagiarism

Global Society and Knowledge Review maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism in any form. Plagiarism includes the use of others’ words, ideas, or data without proper acknowledgment, including self-plagiarism (duplicate publication of the author’s own previous work without citation). All submitted manuscripts will be subjected to plagiarism detection using reliable software before undergoing peer review. Manuscripts found to contain significant similarities (generally more than 20% overlap without citation) will be returned to the author for revision or outright rejection, depending on the severity of the case. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is free from plagiarism and that all sources are properly credited. Any suspected ethical misconduct will be investigated according to COPE guidelines and may result in formal retraction or further institutional reporting.
